Today’s workout was created by Fitness Specialist Matt Purtee.
Complete each round 3 to 5 times. Jump back and forth between the exercises continuous until the round is complete. Rest 1 to 2 minutes then move on to the next round. Chose weights that are appropriately challenging for 12 repetitions.
