Chili-Spiced Salmon Salad
Canned salmon, avocado, grapefruit sections, onions, beets, and pistachios over a bed of Bibb lettuce.
Berry Goat-Cheese Salad
Toss a chicken breast with strawberries, blueberries, pecans, tomatoes, goat cheese crumbles and spinach. Frozen berries will work too!
Layer sliced chicken breast, black forest ham, and Swiss cheese on a wheat roll. Serve with marinara sauce on the side.
Chicken Goat-Cheese Quesadillas
Mix up an ordinary chicken quesadilla with goat cheese, corn, and cilantro.
Italian BLT Sandwich
Transform a regular BLT with arugula, pesto, and turkey bacon.
Grilled Chicken Salad with Cranberries, Avocado, and Goat Cheese
Combine peppery arugula, tart cranberries, tangy honey mustard vinaigrette, goat cheese and creamy avocado.
