Lakeshore Fitness Center is excited to offer free aqua fitness classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2:00 p.m. Classes are free to seniors who are 60 years of age or older and live in Muskegon County. These classes are available as a part of the senior millage. Sign up for class by calling Agewell Services at 231-755-0434.
