In order to reach your personal health and fitness goals, Lakeshore Fitness Center offers a variety of personal training options. You can exercise one-on-one or in pairs with a certified personal trainer. They will customize your workouts using various strategies to ensure safe and effective progress. You will receive both instruction & encouragement from your trainer to help you reach your goals.
What makes our personal trainers unique is all of our fitness professionals have a four-year degree in exercise science, so you know you are getting proper advice.
May Flowers Challenge
Our May Flowers Challenge will give three members the chance to win a prize for working out during the month of May. Get fit, have fun and enter to win! Here’s how it works:
- Register for FREE at the welcome desk
- Every five days you work out, you earn a flower petal that can be entered into the drawing
- The challenge ends May 31, and three winners will be drawn on June 5
Prizes include: 30-minute massage, gym bag, and a t-shirt
Join our Members-only program Club 15 for $15, and lose 15 lbs in 15 weeks! Club 15 runs from Monday, April 8-Monday, June 24 and offers participants accountability, structure as well as expert support.
Club 15 Includes:
- Initial assessment with one of our degreed and certified fitness specialists
- Nutrition class with Exercise Physiologist Patrick Mcgettigan
- Initial 30-minute personal training session
- Halfway point 30-minute personal training session
- Weekly weigh-ins and self-tracking
- Reassessment for final weigh-in and results
With help from a personal trainer you can:
- Improve your overall fitness in strength, coordination, posture, endurance, and flexibility
- Learn new skills
- Find the correct way to workout and use fitness equipment
- Focus on unique health concerns such as arthritis, diabetes, back pain, rehabilitation
- Become more motivated to workout through encouragement and overcoming obstacles
- Reach or maintain a healthy weight: body fat reduction, body toning, shaping, and muscle building
