Give your youth the opportunity to become fit and active in our 8-week youth workout program. Youth ages 8-15 will learn fun and effective exercises that will help them build healthy muscles, bones and joints.
Youth on the Move includes:
Health assessments at the beginning and end of the program
Individualized exercise plan
Two 60 minute supervised group workout sessions per week
A program summary report available to you and your referring healthcare provider
Transition to full membership, including a waived enrollment fee (for participating members only) upon completion of the program
